Adir wines are made with the grapes grown in the Kerem Ben Zimra vineyards. Planted with care during the 1980s and 1990s in a select spot in the Upper Galilee region, the grapes of this unique vineyard benefit from a perfect combination of fine lands and climatic conditions, earning them the superb taste for which they have come to be known.
